Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the items in your order. Please carefully review your information prior to finalizing your purchase - this includes your name, billing address, shipping address, and the contents within your order.
Can I get a refund for the price difference if the item(s) I bought go on sale later on?
We do not offer price adjustments and discount codes are time-bound. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
Can I get a refund for my order?
All sales are final. No returns, credits, or exchanges.
Damaged or faulty products
At WILDSOUL, our top priority is customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us, and we will be happy to assist you.
For the fastest resolution, please send us a photograph and describe the problem. Once we have verified that the product was damaged, we will send you a replacement at no cost or process a refund upon request.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or issue replacements for errors caused by the improper installation or use of the product. We highly advise seeking professional installation on banners and decals.
Incorrect items
We’re only human, and sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive a different item than ordered, please get in touch with us, and we will send you a free replacement with all shipping charges on us. For the fastest resolution, we may ask you to send us a photograph of the item received.
