SHIPPING
TURNAROUND
Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours from our warehouses in CHINA. Orders are processed the following business day after weekends and public holidays.
During significant online promotions and the Christmas and Black Friday periods, our orders team and postal systems in some countries may experience a backlog due to a high volume of packages. As a result, you may experience slight delays in the delivery of your orders during these times.
CARRIERS
You will be responsible for choosing and paying for your preferred shipping method/carrier during checkout.
Once a package has been handed over to one of our chosen shipping carriers and the order marked as fulfilled, WILDSOUL can no longer be held accountable for the whereabouts of your order as it travels through the selected carrier's postal network.
If you have any concerns about the whereabouts of your order, please do contact us, but also be aware that we may need to refer you to the customer service department for the chosen shipping carrier to have them help you locate your package.
ORDER TRACKING
If the last update on the tracking was a while ago, check your country's final mile tracking link. Your local postal service is likely responsible for the final delivery. You can use the same tracking number to check the final delivery status. Copy and paste the tracking number into the search bar for your relevant local delivery service to track the package.

FINAL MILE DELIVERY
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TARIFFS & OTHER FEES/TAXES
All WILDSOUL orders are shipped from our warehouses in CHINA.
When an order placed on our website is shipped to a country, not in the USA, customs, duties, tariffs, and other import-related fees or taxes may be required for your package when it arrives in your home country. If any such fees are charged to your order, you, the customer, will be solely liable to pay any such costs. WILDSOUL cannot be held responsible for these fees, nor do we attempt to calculate these fees on your behalf during checkout.
As mentioned in our returns policy, if an order with any of the fees discussed above paid on it is returned to us, WILDSOUL will not be able to refund any such fees to you. You will need to discuss this with your local tax office.
BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on back order, we will contact you directly to discuss all possible options.
Typically, we can ship you the part of your order that is in stock, and when the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest. Or we can delay the shipping of your entire order until all products are back in stock. We can also refund you for any back-ordered items.
INCORRECT ADDRESS SUPPLIED
If you supplied an incorrect/undeliverable shipping address during the checkout process, and your order is returned to us by the shipping carrier we will contact you to confirm the correct address to send your package to before sending it to you again.
Please note that if you supply an incorrect address and we must re-send a package, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs before the package is re-sent.
